With over 39 year's experience in the beauty industry, Bart Rosenstein is a Hair Coloring Expert specializing in hair color correction formulation and creative color. His goal with every client is a total transformation through hair color creating shiny, healthy and absolutely gorgeous hair. As a Top hair colorist he was privileged to serve on the board of the International Hair color Exchange. Bart has trained with and educated for numerous hair color manufacturers, giving him the tools necessary to specialize in every area of hair coloring. His loyal clients come from all areas of Philadelphia, Bucks County, Montgomery County, New Jersey, New York & Delaware. Bart's passion for hair coloring shows as each client leaves his chair and speaks his three favorite words, “I love it !”.

Cancellation Policy
48 Hours notice required for any appointment changes/cancellations. A 50% service charge for changes made within 24hrs. 100% service charge for same day cancellations. 2.5% convenience fee is added to credit card transactions.
